Northern Chain Specialties has years of design and manufacturing experience with Water Screen Chain applications. Pins and bushings are stainless steel for corrosion resistance and are through-hardened for extended wear life. Rollers are ductile iron, carbon steel, UHMW(plastic) or stainless steel (through-hardened) For extra protection against harsh conditions, Northern Chain Water Screen Chains can be treated with an anti-corrosion rust preventative and an adhesive sealant for the pin, bushing and link plate press-fitted areas.
